This item is listed as a phone case. Because it does not come with the necessary hard phone case, I view it more as a zipper wallet. It is made out of very soft material that the manufacturer says is leather. It is very slick and well finished. The case has a front section inside the zipper for the phone, and a back inside section for cards and ID. The picture on Amazon shows coins going into the back section. That's just silly. The inside construction isn't beefy enough to hold coins. I have my iPhone 8 Plus in an Apple case and a few cards in this wallet, and it fits perfectly. There is a LOT more room if you are a wallet over-stuffer. At full capacity this wallet would be easily too big for pants pockets. At a more moderate capacity, it still easily fits in the back pocket of my pants.I am moving from a phone wallet where the phone was not designed to be routinely removed from the wallet. The only downside of this wallet is that the wallet has to be unzipped and the phone taken out to use it. The other designs quickly flip open to get to the phone.While the phone does fit into the slanted front pocket, it seems to fall out easily from there, so I won't be using it that way.Overall, I am very happy with this item. It seems well made so far. Time will tell if it is worthy of its premium price.
